Blind lift Saturday – a proprioceptive WOD to conquer mind over matter. Fitness is not just about the physical aspect but the mental as well! Perform the following blind folded:
- Warmup with 30 x broom stick dead lifts. Concentrate on form, slow and steady and make adjustments for perfect form throughout.
- with 50% of 1 Rep max, perform as many deadlifts as possible in 15 minutes. Need to have correct form. Stop when time is up or you lose form.
Adjust weight accordingly if need be.
Reply back with weight and reps performed.
